SERVICE POLICIES Subfloor Requirements: Tile requires a rigid, deflection-free foundation. If our inspection reveals an uneven subfloor or structural flexing, remediation work will be required before tile setting can begin to prevent future cracking. Curing Time: To ensure a lifetime of durability, newly laid tile and grout require a strict 24-to-48-hour "cure window" where the floor must remain completely free of foot traffic. Waste & Overages: Clients providing their own tile must order a minimum of 10%–15% over the exact square footage to account for custom cuts and future repairs.
