Material Sourcing & Overages: Due to the intricate cuts and waste factors associated with complex bespoke designs, a minimum of 15%–20% material overage is required when ordering tile. Extended Timelines: Custom patterns and bespoke layouts take significantly longer to measure, layout, cut, and set than standard grid tile.
